Wahroonga
Wahroonga house is a perfect example of 1930s architecture on a sprawling north shore estate. Peter Princi architects designed a large scale renovation including major structural changes to the exterior and a complete redesign of the floor plan. The regency revival and art deco features of the original home have been lovingly restored including a recycled tallowwood floor expertly laid by the builder. The completed home is perfectly crafted for family life with luxurious light filled spaces while paying respect to its magnificent origins.
